Description: Are you ready to enhance your team’s performance, boost productivity, and skyrocket creativity by creating intelligent teams that successfully navigate change? Intelligent teams take emotional intelligence to the next level—they develop and apply relationship systems. This hands-on workshop will explain and demonstrate the essential tools and framework to develop and lead an intelligent team. You will acquire and practice tools to harness your team’s collective potential to create a “we” vs. “me” mentality. With this heightened understanding, you will be equipped to develop and optimize your team’s functioning to have constructive collaboration with tangible results.
