The keys to the kitchen are yours in this hands-on culinary adventure. Unlock the flavors of the world and use them in your own new creations. A professional chef will help you perfect your knife techniques, and show you how to use of a variety of kitchen tools and equipment to develop your own unique cooking style. You’ll also take a trip to the Ashland Farmer’s Market to meet the farmers and find out how their food is grown.

Please read:  Consent and Release Form needs to be signed and on file for each student by the beginning of class. Students should bring a snack and/or sack lunch, water bottle, and dress appropriately for the weather and activities.
