The keys to the kitchen are yours in this hands-on culinary adventure. Guided by a professional chef you will unlock the flavors of the world in the daily dishes that you create. Hone your skills as you learn knife techniques and how to use of a variety of kitchen tools and equipment to help develop your cooking style. A trip to the Ashland Farmer’s Market to ‘meet the farmers’ and find out how their food is grown will be a special highlight of this wonderful week in the kitchen!
